Australia Offline Map app for iPhone and iPad

This stand-alone, off-line map of Australia covers all the states but no external territories. It includes an easy to search gazetteer of over 36,000 place names and 2,500 postcodes. It does not include any advertising nor does it retain or share any user data."

Once installed it works anywhere as it does not require any Internet connection nor any GPS. It reacts quickly to simple gestures for zoom and pan. Its not a street map but coverage of roads and tracks in the bush and outback is better and clearer than many online maps..

Easy, touch-screen, map selection. Panning across maps is supported by simple finger drag. The top zoom level is an Australia map and there are four more zoom in levels. Please look at the screen shots to see the level of detail provided.
